It seems these days I only check in to apologize for insane delays.
Second chances has only 3 chapters left, and those are 80% drafted with the exception of a few pages which are just notes. They only need the text to be added in.
Honestly I was on vacation last week, lots of sun, awesome pool, and a pretty beach. I took my laptop with me to work on the fancomic, but who am I kidding... I couldn't sit still in the evenings. The boyfriend and the constant visits from guests and friends didn't help. And I'm travelling to Scotland in less than 3 days. I was so tempted to sit and fill in the text after rereading the last 3 chapters today but, man, I have to pack, finish up a few things, buy some winter clothes, and replace my dead phone. I don't know how long I will stay in Scotland. The plan is one month with a possibility of that turning into 2 or 3. But I plan to be home with my folks for Christmas. I draw a lot when I'm at my family's house. It's very quiet and I have my little corner and no boyfriend or distractions around. I intend to post chapter 16 this December.
People might think it's silly that I have the fancomic somewhere filed in the back of my head, but I REALLY HATE to leave things unfinished regardless of what people think about it, even those close to me who think I should have dedicated the time I gave SC working on a real comic. I did enjoy working on SC a LOT. I think it was a good thing. I didn't have a story I wanted to draw or the skills to draw it. Dragon Age: Origins inspired me. It was fun, I experimented, I learned a lot, at some point, I gave it around 3 to 6 hours of my time weekly for three months straight. It was good drawing practice that I didn't get anywhere else. And I met a lot of people on deviantArt, especially artist and art lovers. I rarely got to meet people like that in real life before I started travelling.
Anyways, I wanted to thank the people who stuck around this long regardless of whether I was around or not. And thanks to the people who leave comments and faves and watch my page.
For someone who loves hang gliders, I'm terrified of airplanes. I have to take two flights to get to Scotland and I'm super stressed.
See you when I get back.

Unable to draw.
It's been weird lately.
I try to draw. I sit in front of my laptop at least once a week, but nothing happens. I just stare at the screen for 5 minutes before I move on to something else, usually not involving computers.
The things that I would like to draw are adventures with friends mostly, or memories concerning people who are close to me. I dismiss them. As I'm growing older, I have become selfish with my precious memories, I do not share these things with others and definitely not with the internet.
It's an annoyance that what I wish to draw are things I have no intentions of sharing.
Also, I haven't been much of a fan of anything la
Second Chances is completed!
Finally, I managed to upload the entire thing!
Thank you for all the comments faves and support over the years (even though I was mostly missing for 3 and a half of them) This was an incredible learning experience (plus, I hate leaving things unfinished).
Way below is an easy way to access all of Second Chances.
I hope you enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed making it.
And go play Dragon Age: Origins if you never have. It’s a masterpiece of storytelling. I am still blown away by the number of story lines this game is capable of taking you on. I loved the old BioWare.

Thanks!!!
Thank you for the birthday wishes! They brought a big smile to my face 8)
I'm a bit sick, horrible throat pain, puffy eyes. It was really awesome reading your wishes today. Made it a bit better.
Anyways, best wishes to all of you too! I mean it. And wish me luck, it's a very tough couple of months.
Late updates
Hello,
Sorry updates for my fancomic will be around 2 weeks late. We had a wedding in the family yesterday and I have a close friend's wedding to attend this weekend. This summer I'm invited to 2 more. >8u and I'm screwed, they all know each other so I have to buy a dress for each one (already got 3)! Not to mention I have to get gifts for each of them (and not the casual kind).
T_T I was planning to save a bit of monies this year. No luck.
